Yes, this one. Kill this and while you are at it, when you log in with the T2 loging and look at the T1 forum, the text runs off the page. If you log into T1 FIRST to poost messages, it looks fine (i.e. the words "wrap" properly) but if you log in to T2 and look at the T1 forum, the words extend beyond the "useable limits" of the screen. I concur with Mr. Bill. This additional website was an error and should be removed. It appears that the only thing this website is (attempted) to be used for is for those who have been "caught be surprise" by the game change "mid-season". And since CDM has decided not to publicly respond to that error thereby essentially ignoring your client base, you may well want to "destroy the evidence". CDMMAN - Isn't it about time that you got rid of this silly bbs for Tour Trade II? Obviously, nobody is using it. Plus, it serves as a reminder about the slap in the face you gave your loyal customers by totally ignoring their input about the ridiculous overlap between Tour I and II; yet, you were quick to comply with somebody's misguided request for a split bbs. As I recall, the stated reason was that it would enable a discussion about T2 salaries away from the T1 bbs. As you can see by scrolling back, no such discussion ever took place. Bogey...We have been complaining about the overlap on Tour 1 BBS for months. Just curious if anyone has a guess as to what percentage of long time players didn't realize they were starting five weeks early and are just looking now, like me, to find their season already over. Would have been nice if the tour2 player change link off of tour 1 was working. I've checked that weekly but since it wasn't working I assumed game was not ready yet. Quincy, Thanks very much for the info! We really wanted to go this year, but things didn't work out. We canceled the plans last week. We will try again next year. You are right about the hotels in the Quincy area. The few good/ok ones in Quincy get booked very fast. I didn't book the hotel immediately after signing up for the tourney, so ended up booking a Holiday Inn in Hannibal. But, it doesn't matter now. 05/21 06:01:40 t18 Quincy
T.O.D.==Quincy is right on the mississippi river about twenty miles north of Hannibal Mo. I grew up just outside on a farm which my family still farms today. I have not lived there for almost twenty-five years but get back about every other year so some of my info may be outdated. Hotels/Motels== This could be a potential problem unless you RV. There are two or three on the west side near the river and maybe another two on the east end near the airport. All are your basic motels nothing at all fancy.I would try to book into one by the river. Hannibal (bout twenty min drive)used to,may still,have a Holidome which was pretty nice may be an option as you may want to visit there on down time to see Mark Twain related stuff. At any rate I would book as soon as possible as I believe this tourney has really grown and space may fill up quick. Eating== The best unless you are on a resticted diet or a vegatarian. YOU MUST eat at the Maid Rite on twelfth street. Fried Chicken=The Plaza Steak=The Patio Pork Tenderloin=The Lakeview Quincy had more bars per capita than anyplace in the U.S. don't know if that is still true but they have many a fine old (single owner)taverns that serve great food and hospitality ONE that is a must is the SKYRIDE INN good for whole family.
